For all other appointments, we request a two-hour arrival window to accommodate travel times and any adjustments that may arise throughout the day.

If your home requires additional cleaning time beyond what was initially estimated due to unexpected conditions, we’ll inform you and request approval for any extra time before proceeding. For clients with specific timing needs, feel free to discuss these with our manager—we strive to create a schedule that balances both flexibility and consistency for our clients.
